About Morf. The app you talk to, built on WholeStack.

Morf turns plain words into working software for your business, and keeps changing it whenever you ask. You use Morf. Underneath it, WholeStack writes your business down, builds the software from that plan, and checks it before anything goes live.

Two layers. What you see, and what makes it hold up.

Morf

The Mac app: Home, the workspace, the workers, Morf Live and your hands. It runs on your Mac and drives the Claude Code or Codex plan you already pay for.

Powered by WholeStack

ISL

The plan. Before anything is built, Morf writes your business down in a language called ISL: its records, the steps each one goes through, and who is allowed to do what.

The compiler

Turns the plan into a real app, with its database, screens and rules generated together.

ShipGate
The check before anything goes live. It tests the app against its plan and gives one answer: ship, or not yet.
Volition
The rules for agents: what they may touch, and what has to wait for your OK.
VibeCheck
Reads the code for work that only looks done: missing packages, dead routes, pretend features, leaked keys.

Written down, then built. Here is part of the plan Morf wrote for a sample contractor business.

ISL and its compiler, powered by WholeStack.

  1. You say itIn plain words, typed or out loud.
  2. Morf writes it down in ISLEvery record, every step a job goes through, and who is allowed to do what.
  3. WholeStack compiles itThe plan becomes a real app, with its database, screens and rules generated together.
  4. Checks run before it shipsIf the app breaks a rule in the plan, it does not go live.

Real ISL from the Plumbline GC sample: a change order, the steps it can take, and the roles in the business.

Why it is built this way.

A plan, not a guess.
The software comes from a written plan, so a change starts as a change to the plan and the app follows it.
Checked before it ships.
Nothing goes live because an agent says it is finished. It goes live when the checks pass.
Yours the whole way.
Your Mac, your AI plan, your folders, and your own Fly.io and Neon accounts when you publish.

See it on your Mac.

You need a Mac, a Morf plan, and a Claude Code or Codex subscription.
