Purchases through Paddle
This policy covers Morf subscriptions purchased through Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Read it with our Terms of service and Paddle's Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility
You may submit a discretionary refund request within 14 days of a charge. Paddle reviews requests individually; a request within that period does not guarantee approval. Outside applicable legal rights or an approved discretionary refund, payments are non-refundable.
Your mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed software and any applicable withdrawal rights, remain intact. The 14-day discretionary request period does not shorten a legal deadline or remove a right required by law.
How to request a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net. You can also email support@trymorf.com for help locating a payment or resolving a product problem.
Include your purchase email, transaction or receipt reference, charge date, and a description of the issue. Never send your password or full card number. Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible; processing and bank posting times can differ.
Canceling a subscription
Cancel through the billing link in your Morf account, your Paddle receipt, or Paddle support before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges at the end of your current billing period. Your paid access normally remains available until that period ends. Uninstalling Morf does not cancel billing.
Cancellation does not itself request a refund or create an automatic refund for unused time. If you believe a renewal or duplicate charge is incorrect, contact Paddle promptly. A refund can end access associated with the refunded purchase; any remaining subscription should also be canceled if you want to stop future renewals.
Separate services
Morf subscription refunds do not cover separate purchases from AI, hosting, database, domain, or other providers. Contact those providers about their charges.
